Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, installing, or using LedgerLink (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Ctoryteller.

3. Account registration and security

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• LedgerLink uses phone-based OTP verification and may use other authentication methods.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscriptions, billing and payments

1. Payment gateway: All payments are processed via Razorpay.
2. Billing cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your selection.
3. Auto-renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
4. Failed payment: If a payment fails, access may be limited until payment is restored.
5. Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and levies.
6. Refunds: Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for any activity that is:

• Illegal or fraudulent.
• Infringing on third-party rights.
• Abusive, harassing, or harmful to others.
• Attempting to bypass or defeat security measures.
• Uploading malicious code or abusing the App's APIs.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Business Data and privacy

• You retain ownership of the Business Data you enter into the App.
• You grant Ctoryteller a licence to store, process, and display that data to provide the Service.
• You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from third parties whose data you upload.
• Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

• Ctoryteller owns all intellectual property rights in the Service.
• You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service as permitted by these Terms.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or modify the Service except as expressly permitted.

8. Third-party services

LedgerLink integrates with third-party providers such as Razorpay, Firebase, and WhatsApp API.

• We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party services.
• Your use of those services may be subject to additional terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
• Ctoryteller is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Ctoryteller's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Ctoryteller harmless from claims arising out of:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your use of the Service.
• Your failure to obtain required consents for Business Data.

11. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your access for policy violations, abuse, or non-payment.
• Data may be retained or deleted according to our Data Retention policies.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably, and if unresolved they will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated at Srinagar, J&K.
