1. What this policy covers
SnapMind is free to download and use. The only thing you can buy is Pro, a yearly subscription through Google Play (see our Terms of Service). This policy explains free trials, cancellations and refunds.
2. Try before you pay
SnapMind's free tier lets you use the app on up to 500 screenshots before deciding. Where Google Play offers a free trial of Pro, you can use every Pro feature before you are charged. Google Play shows the trial length before you start.
3. Cancelling
- Cancel anytime in Google Play (Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → SnapMind). Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
- During a free trial: cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
- After you have paid: cancelling stops the next renewal. Pro keeps working until the end of the year you have paid for, then SnapMind returns to Free.
4. Refunds
All payments are processed by Google Play, so refunds are issued through Google Play to your original payment method.
- Directly from Google: shortly after a purchase, you can request a refund from Google Play yourself, without contacting us. Google decides these requests under the Google Play refund policy.
- From us, within 7 days, for faults: if Pro does not work as described — for example, you were charged but Pro did not unlock, or a Pro feature does not work on your phone and we cannot fix it — write to snapmind@ctoryteller.com within 7 days of the charge with your Google Play order number (it begins with "GPA."). Where the problem is ours, we will refund you in full through Google Play.
- Duplicate charges — being charged twice for the same subscription period — are refunded if reported within 7 days.
- No refunds for a change of mind, for a forgotten cancellation, or for the unused part of a year. Because SnapMind is free to try, and Pro can be tried free where Google Play offers a trial, we do not refund a subscription that works as described, except where the law requires us to.
When a subscription is refunded, Google Play may end it immediately and SnapMind returns to Free.
5. Problems with a purchase
If you were charged but Pro did not unlock, open the paywall and tap "Restore purchases" while connected to the internet, signed in with the Google account that paid. If it still does not unlock, contact us with your order number.
